Leadership assessments will enable Selective to more accurately and objectively assess proficiency at the core competencies. Assessments provide a way to determine an individual or group’s capabilities and potential, while also providing specific information on areas of strength and areas for development. Research has shown individuals who score high on assessments are typically twice as likely to be the organization’s top performers.
Assessments are significant tools to strengthen understanding of talent bench strength and to determine readiness for new and challenging roles.
