Our Supplier Statement:

Selective recognizes the importance of a resilient supply chain to maintaining the continuity of our operations. Our procurement program is designed to engage the best suppliers who share our values of trust, integrity, inclusion, and service excellence. Selective provides an opportunity for all suppliers to compete for the goods and services we procure.

Procurement Policy:

Selective seeks to maximize goods and services procurement opportunities by soliciting competitive bids and proposals from a wide pool of suppliers. Selective’s Procurement Department will determine the most appropriate method to obtain the best value for procured goods and services, including requests for proposals, previously negotiated rates, reverse auctions, quote requests, or discovery postings.

How to Participate:

All interested suppliers must register at www.ariba.com. Registered suppliers will receive other leads to procurement postings from Selective and other companies that use the Ariba platform. Registered suppliers that Selective picks as possible suppliers will receive a link to complete the Selective Supplier Profile Questionnaire through Ariba. Upon completion and vetting, your company profile will be available to Selective’s sourcing team for possible inclusion in future procurement activities.

All suppliers must update their profile account information and certification information before the one-year expiration date. Failure to update can result in your deactivation as a possible Selective vendor.
