Selective’s Women’s Agency Leadership Initiative (WALI) is a business initiative dedicated to empowering and supporting our women distribution partners in leadership positions or on a leadership path. WALI is open to all interested agents.

Empowering Exceptional Leaders

WALI events and programs provide access to a dynamic ecosystem for professional growth throughout agents’ unique leadership journeys. They can harness their strengths, overcome challenges, and promote positive change in the industry through:

  • Active Peer and Mentor Support Network
  • Leadership and Skills Development Workshops
  • Regional and Country-Wide In-Person and Virtual Networking Events

NATIONWIDE 2025 WOMEN'S AGENCY CONFERENCE

Selective’s 2025 Women’s Agency Conference…truly an energizing, and inspiring event! Our Agency Partners from across the nation gathered in the beautiful city of Boston to connect with peers, be inspired, and give back to our event charity partner, Rosie’s Place.

Rosie’s has been transforming lives since 1974 as the nation’s first women’s shelter. During our conference, Agency Partners came together to assemble over 300 self care bags and raise thousands of dollars in support of Rosie’s—an inspiring collective effort.

A huge thank you to our engaged participants, our keynote speaker Dr. Ginny Baro, our breakout facilitators Kelly McDonald, Julie Webb, and Cindy Heismeyer, and our outstanding Agency Panel for delivering powerful, insightful sessions on leadership. Our participant-created puzzle display beautifully captured the spirit of WALI and the strength of our network.

Thank you for making the 2025 Women’s Agency Leadership Conference a tremendous success. Your energy and leadership continue to elevate us—because attitude truly determines altitude.

Here’s to carrying this momentum into 2026!
