All Customers Except Flood

We offer four convenient ways to pay your bill:

• Pay Online
  You may pay online using your checking, savings or a credit card (eligibility requirements apply).* Register for a MySelective online account to schedule payments, or sign up for recurring automatic payments for peace of mind.
• Pay by Phone
  To pay by phone using our Automated Phone Payment System, call 888-974-7400.
• Pay by Mail
  You can mail your payment to:

  Please remember to include your bill account number.
• Pay Your Agent Directly
  If your agent bills you, you should continue submitting payments directly to your agent. You will not have access to the Billing & Payment information on the Selective site.

Flood Customers

You can pay your bill online by signing into your self-service account, call in your payment or mail us a check.

To make a payment by credit card** or eCheck, contact us 24/7 at 402-361-5595.
Payments by check should be made out to Selective and include your policy number on the check. Our address is:

Yes. We accept American Express^®, Mastercard^®, and Visa^®.
Eligibility requirements apply. Where permitted by law, payments made by credit card will incur a non-refundable pass-through fee of 2.45% from Selective’s credit card processor.

Flood Customers

Yes. To make a payment by credit card or eCheck, contact us 24/7 at (800) 747-3576. Visa^®, Mastercard^®, American Express and Discover are accepted for new, renewal and rollover flood payments.

All Customers Except Flood

Payments made by 6:30 PM ET, Monday through Friday, will be credited to your account the same day. Most banks deduct payments within 2 banking days of the payment request.

Flood Customers

Payment will post to your account once the payment is received and processed by Selective’s bank.

We charge a small fee when you pay your bill in installments. You can avoid future installment fees by paying your entire balance in full.

Registering for a MySelective online account allows you to easily set up and manage automatic payments. Simply select the bill account you would like to start automatic payments on, add your desired funding source*, and your future payments will be automatically drafted on your bill due date. 

Flood Customers
Automatic payments do not apply to Selective Flood policies.

Simply login to your MySelective online account to easily add, remove, or update your funding account information.
