I phoned because our builder's risk insurance was not automatically added to our account. We could not view the bill. I was instructed that I needed to add the policy to our account. That was strange and should have been done by Selective automatically when the policy was ordered, rather than manually added to our portal by me. The 2nd agent helped me and promised to send that notation to Selective.
