I was 100% lied to about who you were as a company. I Contacted bear river who I have always been with. And some how was contacted by this company I asked straight out wait are you bear river? The answer was yes. That is a lie. You source out to different companys. I got a letter from u about my insurance and was confused i called talked to a lady and she said again oh yes we are bear river. I asked why it didnt say that anywhere on my letter. She still insisted you were bear river. I asked so u can right checks for bear river? .... i knew what was going on. I have worked with foot isurance they do the same thing. Then she said we really we are over bear river they dont have agents. Another lie.I just had one but wanted to change because my ex is there. So i wanted a different. office. Not above below you find them work. She denied that. I asked to speek to [Name] I believe she spoke the truth was kind and apologized. And said she is not sure why she stright lied over and over. I would rather pay more $ for someone who is honest then be lied to!!

Been trying to get to the bottom of a $73 bill that I don't think I owe and getting a hold of somebody from Selective is rather difficult. paid for a full year of auto insurance through Auto Owners. I have house insurance with them but Selective will not recognize it and it won't give me a discount and I don't know why Selective can't get a hold of Auto Owners and figure that out.
