Was billed for coverage I wasn't aware was even in effect. Selective used an incorrect mailing address it took me 2 months for me to receive the information. Agent said I'd need to talk to another agent, the other agent said I'd have to talk to a selective agent. Insurance Management wasn't even aware Selective canceled the policy. Poor communication between agencies at MY expense! Please reimburse me.

Your company pick up my account from TCI, and NEVER notified me. The only thing I got was an email that requested payment. I never heard of selective insurance and to get a bill not an email explaining that your company took over my account, or some sort of communication telling me what was going on. I was forced to find an agent to keep my contractor insurance after being with TCI for many years.

1. This is the 1st year that I had to take the time to enter l of the employee payroll information myself. Normally, I would provide the auditor the necessary information and they would do the data entry. I hope I did it right. 2. I did email the contact person on the form to ask her if I could just provide her with the information I like I normally do, and I got zero response...except for a reminder 1 month later that I still needed to do my audit. Not to be a princess here, but as a business owner I don't have time or staff to do somebody else's job.

my credit card had been replaced due to fraud. I was issued a new card but failed to change the info for my automatic payment. As soon as I was notified I called and corrected the problem. I was charged a $25 dollar return fee and a $20 dollar late fee. I have been a customer since 2007 and was never late with a payment, nor did I ever have a claim. I would have expected more.

My business policy was terminated by your automated system based on recent payments being delivered late by the USPS even though the payments were made by check and mailed more than 1 week prior to the due date. Looking at the online account record this has happened before unknown to us and the delivery delays by the USPS have actually gotten worse. No communication from a live person at Selective about this, but just the very unpleasant cancellation notice. Then I was told I needed to ask for your three-strikes consideration to get reinstated on the normal monthly billing cycle. How arrogant and insensitive can a uncaring big insurance company get? Well it all got forgiven just like at church on Sunday if you're able to go there anymore in person. So, I also switched to automatic payments on credit card on the due date to avoid this hassle. I contacted someone the morning of 2-15-21 to update my bank information. After I gave the information twice (I have 2 different policies, I was instructed to make a manual payment to which I did, and I received an email confirmation with a confirmation number. A week later the insurance office emailed saying my policies were going to be cancelled because I did not pay. First thing is I never received a notification (the account had enough funds), and second, I had to go online make a payment again and ended up re-entering my card number. Pleas ensure that payments will be set up to be withdrawn from the Columbia Bank Business checking account. Thank you.

Very obvious departments don't talk to each other. Had to get transferred 3 different times just to figure out what was wrong with our autopayment.

Our account has been setup with autopay a year ago. It has been working fine. I received a cancellation letter from selective because our policy had not been paid. For some reason, that I still don't know why, did not work for the February autopayment. Nothing was change on our side and the credit card has not change or expired. I contacted Lacey Self in customer service and communicated with her thru email. I answered all of her questions confirming the credit card info. I then went a week without any resolution. I email asking for an update and have not received a response. I then received another cancellation notification in the mail. I called selective on the telephone this time. No explanation was given to me. I paid over the phone for the February bill. I still don't know if autopay will work on March 2nd. My opinion, Selective has poor customer service. I am a customer who has been using autopay. For some reason it not work. Instead of contacting me and asking if something changed, you send a cancellation notification. We are not the enemy, we are your customer.

Even though I was not to be on a monthly plan it was just an adjustment of extra coverage caused an additional $7 charge that i don't feel i should pay. I pay my balance in full. I explained that my bank and I had decided to cancel my debit card in late November because Fraud was identified. I needed to wait for over one week to get a new card. I did not know that my payment to you would be effected by this change. I updated my debit card information as soon as I could. Unfortunately I updated the information one day after the charge was initiated for the auto pay to deduct funds from my account. I then noticed you were going to cancel my insurance one month later, even though I had already updated my debit card information on December 9, 2020. I called to explain the situation and requested a reversal of the deducted $25.00 from my account. I was told NO even though I resolved the situation as soon as I could, and was not even aware that there would be a problem in the first place. Please reach out to me for more information. I have already complained to Day Deadrick and Marshall Inc. and SunTrust Bank. When customer are proactive in resolving mistakes beyond there control and companies like yours are not willing to resolve the situation appropriately you get a very dissatisfied review.

I would have given a 10 because my phone claim was a very good experience. The reason for an 8 is that I was told I could do it online so I spent time trying to navigate the website. I could click on file a claim but could not go any further, it appeared as though the website was hung. When I called, the women said that I could not file this type of claim online. So it would be better not to be shown that option online.

She said that does not mean anything. Then later in the conversation she said that she could see the 2-1-20 effective date policy was cancelled. My concern was not answered. I still need to check back next week.

Sad to say but I was so pleased that she did indeed call back. Customer service is hard to come by these days and she carried through! I spoke to someone who could neither provide a copy of my bill nor a reason for why my premiums jumped so high. She stated that her supervisor was busy on another call and asked permission to call me back. I asked for a payment extension of one week to allow for us to figure this out. She stated she will put in the request but call me back. I did not receive a call back and it has been 4 business days.
